2. Pre-contract and distance contracting information (Ukraine)

For distance contracting (requesting/booking through the website), before purchase/booking we provide the information required by Ukrainian consumer protection rules, including identification data and contract-related terms.

3. Seller identification

For contracts concluded at a distance/online, the seller must provide required identification information about the business entity (LLC) that contracts with the consumer.

4. Availability, pricing, and confirmations

• All prices, inclusions, and itinerary details are provided as requested/confirmed. Availability may change due to inventory, dates, or provider schedules.
• If any element of your quote changes, we will communicate updated details before any payment/booking step you take through the provided flow.
• We do not guarantee availability of airlines, hotels, transfers, visas, or specific tour components until confirmation is provided.

5. Limits of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party services you select or from changes made by third-party providers.
• Where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law, it is limited to the extent permitted by applicable Ukrainian regulations.
• You are responsible for providing correct contact details and travel information in your request.

6. Advertising and presentation

Our ads and on-site offer presentation comply with Ukrainian advertising rules.
